How to set up and use the Gauge Master Dies and learning the simplicity of Mighty Armory's Measured System

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: SIZING DIE - Turn the Sizing die down to touch the shell plate or shell holder

Step 2: FLARE EXPANDER DIE - Set the flare expander die to the proper diameter depending on caliber, simply by turning the shaft up or down. 

  • For 9mm: set flare to .380 to .383. 
  • For .45 ACP: set flare to .478

Step 3: BULLET SEATING DIE – turn die up or down from the top shaft to set seating depth / COL.

Step 4: TAPER CRIMP DIE – turn the die down to touch the shell plate
and lock it down.
